NeverMiss provides done-for-you missed-call text-back and Google review automation for service-based businesses. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

3. Refunds
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, email us for a full refund of your most recent subscription payment.
How refunds work
- Email hello@nevermiss.us with your account details
- We process eligible refunds within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Disputes
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute — we resolve nearly every issue directly and faster than your bank can.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime:
- Sign in to your account
- Open Subscription in your dashboard
- Click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe portal
- Cancel — you keep access until the end of your billing period
5. Pricing
Current pricing is shown on our website. We may change pricing for new customers, but existing subscribers keep their original rate as long as their subscription stays active.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You're responsible for keeping your payment method up to date
7. SMS program
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from NeverMiss related to your inquiry, account, or service. Includes:
- Service updates and notifications
- Onboarding and support messages
- Customer-facing automated text-back from your business number
- Review request messages sent to your customers (with their consent)
Message frequency varies by usage.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out instantly.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service or to opt in to SMS messaging.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NeverMiss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
